Tammy Mazzocco is a real estate agent who specializes in residential sales in Central Ohio. She works in four counties which keeps her busy, but that is the way that she likes it. The details of the real estate business were not a big problem for her in getting started, but the people part of it was. She was initially very shy and had difficulty speaking to people, especially about their personal finances. So, she made it a point of initiating the conversation with questions and that got the ball rolling which removed that apprehension and fear of the unknown. Tammy is also a planner and likes to set goals, and then break them down into smaller action steps. She says that is a big key to getting things done.
